The company are looking for highly driven, talented and experienced Engineers that can take on the role as Functional Architects having a broad and deep level of technical understanding of full stack solutions. They now have the opportunity for a Platform Engineer to join out IT Department in Madrid. You will work with the development & maintenance team for a business platform supporting their monitoring systems and applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- System Administration
- Follow-up the system performance in production.
- Deployment of the roll-outs and configuration on the business projects environments.
- Functional KPIs definition to measure the product systems updates.
- Provides periodic reports of KPIs to the platform managers.
- Problem user resolutions.
- User troubleshooting.
- Collaboration with the rest of IT teams in the stabilization of the platform project.

Required Qualifications:
- Engineering university Degree
- 2+ year experience in a similar role
- Advanced level of Linux and shellscripting.
- Basic system administration of database: MySQL and SQL server.
- Jboss and Tomcat system administration.
- Log4j
- Good level of English
Preferred Qualifications
- Database administration in SyBase and Oracle DB.
- SQL y PL/SQL
- Weblogic Administration
- Basic knowledge in Java and Eclipse IDE programing
